Cosmetic Injectables
The Michael Horn Center for Cosmetic Surgery offers a number of cosmetic fillers to smooth and refine the skin. Dr. Horn uses only FDA-approved injectables to help his patients achieve the natural-looking, youthful results they desire safely and effectively. JUVÉDERM®, collagen, Restylane®, and BOTOX® Cosmetic can help patients at our Chicago center enjoy improved appearance with the convenience of a simple office visit.
BOTOX® Cosmetic
Used to temporarily reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles, BOTOX® Cosmetic injections at our Chicago center can safely and effectively improve appearance by creating a youthful, refreshed look. BOTOX® Cosmetic works by relaxing the facial muscles that can cause forehead wrinkles, “crow's feet” around the eyes, and other lines from repetitive movements. Results can last for several months before follow up treatments are necessary to maintain improvement. BOTOX® Cosmetic injections at our Chicago cosmetic surgery center are a convenient and effective option. Typically performed in under 30 minutes, the injections are associated with little discomfort or side effects. BOTOX® Cosmetic produces natural-looking, beautiful results.
Restylane®
A successful soft tissue filler, Restylane® can be used to boost skin's volume, reducing the appearance of scars and wrinkles for a soft, smooth, and youthful look. Additionally, Restylane® injections may be used to enhance the size and shape of the lips. Typically performed in under an hour at Dr. Horn's Chicago offices, Restylane® injections are associated with little discomfort or side effects, and most patients are able to return to work and normal activities immediately after their visit. The results of Restylane® injections are incredibly natural and last four months or more before maintenance treatments are necessary.
Collagen
Dr. Horn's patients have been enjoying the benefits of collagen for many years. Used to increase fullness in the lips or reduce the appearance of wrinkles, collagen injections are an effective, hassle-free cosmetic option. Collagen treatment can be performed in the office in under an hour with minimal risk of pain or side effects. Most patients are immediately able to return to normal activities. Follow up treatments may be required in three to four months to maintain results.
