Welcome to Michael Horn Center for cosmetic surgery. Our office is located in downtown Chicago on the lakefront, Michigan Avenue, in the 900 North Michigan Bloomingdale's building. If you think about our building, everything is right there at your fingertips, so after your appointment or while you are in surgery, people that come with you to surgery can easily go shopping, go to the restaurants. There is even lodging in the building. It is really nice for people who come from out of town as you can take advantage of that without even leaving the building.
